.22lr rifles are NOT EXEMPT. unless they are an older, classic model. Yeah, Bud's does not do any gunsmithing to make any firearm state specific compliant. You'd need to purchase it through your FFL and have them put a restrictor in the tube so you couldn't go past the 10 max capacity.
