Answering my own question on this; the problem is that the aftermarket magazine catch that comes in the P10F "Competition Ready" model has insufficient "meat" on it to hold the magazine in place. The solution is file the engagement notch out so it's as large as the notch below it on the magazine body. No more issue since I did that.

This holster will NOT fit the P365 X Macro! The Macro has a different accessory rail than all other P365 pistols. This rail prevents holstering and upholstering. Based on the advice from this forum, I bought two of these holsters not knowing that buds.com only has a 10-day return policy. I’m stuck with these unless I can convince DeSantis to exchange them for me.

This Riton ring is "12mm". From what point to what other point? Ring base to mid tube? or- base to the low edge of the ring opening? Poor uniformity of terms makes accurate selection difficult. Other manufactures list mixed millimeter and inch in the same spec sheet. Yikes
