Is there a higher quality option of this Rifle by any Manufacturer in the 1000 to 2000 dollar range which will be likewise legal in the state of maryland? Even if it's a bit more than 2k, I'd like to buy once and get the best of all worlds......A community member provided me this answer to a prior question.

I'm guessing CPHP/Brass case like all the others, but. It says "copper casing" three places in the add! Three times. If they're not actually copper OK but, even if just the Bullet is copper cased I'll still want some of it!
