Does a heat treated mean that the surface of the metal is hardened, it has no finish to help it not to rust easily or is it subject to rust easier than a blued or nickel finished pistol?

I see three prices for this weapon. I prefer the lowest of the three, but do not understand how that payment is made (personal check?) The next one up appears to be price with the use of a credit card, and there is one above that which is lined through (which I think means it is no longer the asking price). I also understand that the shipping is free to my FFL. Is that correct? Do you offer any discounts for Military/Veterans? Thank you in advance.

I am interested in possibly buying a PMR 30 but I am not a fan of the skinny Keltec grips/handles(wife has a CP33 - I assume this pistol has the same handle. Are there any alternate grips or aftermarket grip add ons that would fit this pistol and add some ‘meat’ to the grip?
