The 99041 has PO 1 on the slide and the 99021 has 75 Compact on it I think. But everything else looks the same on the guns. Is there a difference in anything else on the guns to have the two different identifiers on the guns.

So what is the item on the end of this rifle? A flash suppressor? Or harmonic?. I understand the other one (Item Number: 49828 - Ruger 223 BLKHOG TGT SS5828 ) is adjustable... Looks like a silencer on the other one.

I searched very hard and wasn't holding my breath to find this rifle but I just have to say good things come to those who wait. Not only did I find one and got it bought last night, It was one that was owned by a guy in his late 70's and has never been fired. I am one happy camper!!!
