When picking up a brand new (in S&W unopened box) rifle at my FFL, should I open and inspect it before leaving the FFL? Or, open and inspect at home. It will have the manufacturer's warranty, of course. I'm assuming the box has no evidence of damage.

What's the warranty? I took it to the range for the first time today and was having great difficulty putting rounds on target, It was shooting off, I could not even hit the target with it. It was shooting so bad, or I was, that I could not even determine exactly how to adjust. I took out my Beretta 92 fs and proceeded to put all shots tightly on target. How do I go about sending this in to get an accuracy check?

All the braces I have looked at add well over 1.5" to the length of the buffer tube, so, What is the overall length of this pistol brace, and how much length does it add to the buffer tube (the buffer tube in question, AR15, stock, usually right at 6" as measured from the jam nut)?
