Anyone buy one of these from Buds in the last couple months? Wondering is this is the Gen 2 (as pictured) with adjustable chokes and removable carry handle that's also the rear sight, or the new Gen 3 (Go to classic arms to see a picture) with a different foregrip and front & rear flip up sights? I would like to hear from anyone that actually owns this firearm. Once the slide is removed how is the non- captured full length guide rod and bull barrel removed from the slide? The plastic piece at the muzzle is peculiar to this model and seems to be the problem, making it impossible for me to clear the guide rod over the barrel link

Very early 03s did not have this notch which is designed to stop the hammer if it dropped from full cock. The general opinion is that 03s without this feature are Not Drop-safe and shouldn't be carried with chamber loaded. Does this pistol have the "Half Cock" feature on the hammmer. Is it considered safe to carry in chamber-loaded Mode? Thank You.

Tried to run a few round through it out of the box and it jammed up on almost every one. Pulled rifle apart to clean and lube. Still the round pulls maybe 3/4 way from mag tube and jams the whole gun up. Have heard that the extractor clip is sometimes the problem and that would make sense because every once in awhile when it does chamber a round the extractor does not grab it to pull it out. I’ve played with it and still jams up every couple rounds. Would a gunsmith be easier than a return?
