Does anyone know if bolt stays open after last round fired? Unless I overlooked it, I have not seen that point addressed on any website yet or from the Rossi website or the few youtube videos out so far . I know this rifle is a little new, but would like to know. Looks like a very nice rifle for the price.

Does anyone know if this new layaway fee system is retroactive? I've got a couple of layaway's that now have the message that there are no fees through X date. I did not agree to that at the time and certainly don't feel they should be retroactively sticking fees on if they are. I've got no problem doing them on orders placed now with that policy in place.

I have watched a few videos on youtube about this shotgun but the photo does not match what I have seen..I understand there is another model of the same gun with an aluminum fore grip , but this photo is completely different than both...Was it made in a gen 1 gen 2 or something or does the photo just not match the true firearm...Thanks!!

Before I purchased this Gun I went on Gallery of Guns. It clearly shows a Black Bag. I don’t think Bud Guns will help me. They suggested calling Ruger to see if they will swap. I would think Buds Gun would help me. Why won’t Bud Guns help me?

First off I am a iron sight kinda guy so my experience with mounting a scope is very limited. I plan on mounting a Weaver 1" tube, 4x38 scope to my my Mini-30 582 using the Warne 1RLM rings. My question is this: The objective lens on the scope is 38 mm but the objective bell diameter is 45.5 mm. Will the objective bell diameter of the scope work with the Warne 1RLM rings or should I purchase the Warne 2RLM rings which are taller and would allow more room? I would prefer the medium height.

Bud's has stated that there are only around 800 total of these rifles available. Does anyone know if the "reserve" button will go away once they are actually sold out? Meaning that all 800 rifles have been sold or "reserved". I don't want to go to the trouble just to be told in a couple of months that I am getting my money back rather than a rifle.
