I just opened an email from Buds asking me to answer any question I could in the next half hour. When using in and answer a question it takes me to an error paige. Then it reloads and asks me about my shopping cart. I've now answered five different questions about 2-3 times each. From different browsers and different phone only to get the same results. It seems I have more questions than answers today. Any thoughts?

When purchase a lifetime warranty on a product, is this something that Bud's retains on their end permanently? Is there ever any documentation emailed/mailed to me? I ask because after receiving the product from my FFL, I have no documentation on and that any warranty was purchased, so if I was to run into an issue should I just call Bud's? How would I ensure that this is tied to my account aside from just retaining the email with my order number?
