if my ffl said after 4 days he can transfer my guns to me if he has not heard from the background check or its still in delay mode? should i accept or should i wait for a proceed ?i am not sure how this process i am trying to describe works ,some explanation would be welcomed

All mossberg pumps rattle at the fore grip. Some of the other pumps I have picked up rattle also (Benelli Nova). Does this pump rattle also or is it tight like an 870 Remington?
