Hi. I live in Co. Full time resident and have no prior records of any kind. I would def like to order a handgun, do I have to register first or pass background check prior to ordering? I have no issues whatsoever with those matters. I am just not too aware of proper procedures in owning a handgun. Fired many times before at the range, but never owned one. Ruger website says the barrel's rate of twist is 1:8.5". But, other places list it 1:9.5". The specs on Bud's doesn't list it. What say all of you?
