I'm using my account to order a gun, but It's a gift for someone else and they will be signing for it. the employee at my local gun store said to make sure his name is on the transfer information so that he can sign for it. how would i go about doing this?

Cannot get my gun I purchased Friday the grand been delivered to Jefferson gun store Wednesday I went to go pick it out when I can I get it they say they have to put everything on file so I went back the next day to get. Now they tell me I can’t get my gun I paid for.
