FYI - as suggested here, I posted this question to the live chat: "The Pico in your ad shows the earlier Pico with straight serrations, while the new version has slanted serrations. Are you selling the earlier version or is this just an old photo? " And this was their response: "I cannot guarantee that it would be the newer version, Simply because it depends on the stock and how long it has been in the warehouse. I would not be able to verify unfortunately." So I decided against buying it.

I know all new guns are test fired, I've bought 3 new guns and 2 of them were from buds. I just bought a new EAA witness custom and it looks more than just test fired. There was excessive powder residue on everything with powder burns on the breakdown pin and guide rod. There's also signs of wear on the barrel and magwell. Has anyone else had this problem and what should I do?

Ok I am guessing the suppressed is because the bullet travels slower than the speed of sound hence no crack as it moves through the air. Does it have enough energy to work the action on my rifle reliably?
