Can the RUGER AR556 be transferred/ purchased via Private Party, in California. My understanding is that private party transfers can be made for guns not on the CA. DOJ list. Someone has one out of State. Can this be legally owned if acquired through Intrafamilial transfer in California?? Father has one out of state.

I bought a factory new Sig P238 Black Pearl .380 cal. (Beautiful designs on the slide). The frame is definitely new. But inside the barrel, slide rails, and surface around pin hole are dirty. Those were not just residues from gun powder. They were greasy grime buildups. Is it normal for a factory new pistol to come in such a condition. Any thought is gratefully appreciated. Sam

why is shipping so high on this item? it says that i box weights 25 pounds. 200 rounds of 22 mag do not weight 25 pounds.
