I ordered a gun and it said it'll load for sixty seconds it was five minutes still loading so I exit out of it and call my card and money's takin off for gun but when I log back into my buds account it says I never payed for gun or anything wtf is going on am I being scammed it just says continue to checkout

This is an insult and a spit in the face of all those who served this nation. Is there a list of manufacturers who think less of veterans or do we just have to thumb through your listings to find these companies? Anyone have an issue with contacting customer service in order to get a gun returned? I ordered a gun and went to FFL to pick up. It wasn't what I ordered. Tried to do the online chat twice and was kicked off once before they even answered my question and the second in the middle of speaking with them via chat. Tried to send email but it said I needed to have an open order in order to send an email. At this point, I just want to return the gun and get a refund. Any help?
