My FFL not on preferred list - fax license?

When I did an FFL search on the Bud's website during the ordering process my local FFL showed up on the list, but not as a "Preferred FFL". Do I have to have my FFL fax his license to Bud's, or is that not necessary because he showed up during the local FFL search?

Is there a way to set up an alert or notification that would send me an email when the price of an item changes? I have added it to my watch list of unless I'm sitting around looking at the list, I don't know when the price changes. I have a savage on layaway (end of june), and noticed savage started a rebate 15 July, since I will be paying off the layaway prior to end of rebate cycle, but started the layaway prior to rebate start, would savage still honor the rebate? Would it be possible to get a receipt with my payoff date as the date of purchase after paid in full?

I purchased a 1911 Dan Wesson month ago with extended warranty, unfortunately after first shooting I noticed, the slide was rubbing against hammer. Buds prepared a repair order and I sent the gun to their gun-smith. After 2 weeks I called them, a kind lady asked me to call at July 31st, & promised I would get updates. Today July 31st, I called and got no information nothing, I should call at Friday AGAIN. Does anybody have recently positive experiences with Buds-gun smith & repair ? Thank you

Ok I got some of my answers by reading the comment section. So the 180 days to pay is only on certain overstock weapons! So to get to those weapons I click the 180 days to pay and the overstock guns appear in my query correct? Now how much of a percent down is required on those overstock weapons 20% or another amount? I have only purchased on gun online from Buds though I have been a registered member for a while. So the gun buying experience is still new.
