I eventually want to purchase a 9mm Glock pistol, but don’t have strong enough muscle arm strength to shoot, has a bit of a kick to it. What are some of the best ways and techniques to build stronger arm strength? I have a 22 cal at am and have no problems shooting at all. Any tips are appreciated.

Now scroll down to the specs and it says SIg P320 RXP Compact with Romeo1 Pro My question is, is which gun am i looking at???. If i was to purchase this pistol am I getting the standard P320 with RomeoZero sight??? Or am I looking at the P320 RXP Compact with Romeo1 Pro with tall contrast sights????
