I'm looking at the the Walther 1911 22LR on Buds; most of them are priced at $347.00, $338.00. Why is there one priced at $265.00 almost a 100.00 dollars cheaper? Why so much less?

The gun I am considering offers a choice of three different grips. There is a rubber inlay, a polymer grip, and a soft touch overlay. Trying to figure out which would be the best for concealed carry from the standpoint of retrieving it quickly from a pocket, purse, or holster. Shooting comfort is not really an issue. I seem to be leaning toward the rubber grip, but I am concerned about whether it might be sticky. I'm fairly new at this, so thanks in advance.
