I’ve just put this on layaway at buds and read there were some issues with it. I’m new to revolvers . The issue seems to be related to a lock by the barrel release . I’m hoping the one I ordered does NOT have the lock. Does anyone know? Thanks!

So I have read that Taurus has back tracked on warranty repairs on new guns designed in recent years. Does that include this gun? Does Taurus cover this gun for more than one hunting season or are you on your own after using it for only one year?
