According to Ruger’s website this pistol comes with a black cerakote finish now instead of blued. Is this the newer cerakote version or is the older blued version?

The MA approved gun roster lists the "637-2" as being compliant. This is a "637," so not sure if this is compliant as well? Seems to me it should be.
