Anybody have any experience with 45 Super or know what I need to do to shoot 45 Super out my Springfield Armory XD-M 5.25 in 45 ACP or Springfield Armory Garison 1911 in 45 ACP?

Shaun, the number one item is a heavier recoil spring to start with to slow down the slide and lessen battering the frame. Cheers and stay safe!
