Bolt will not go into the rifle

Received rifle with the bolt partially inserted, and realized why when I tried to put it all the way in. It won't go in. I pulled up a video of disassembly/reassembly and took the bolt apart. I THINK it's right but not sure. Lubed it. It still sticks and look as though the bolt is being forced upward when trying to insert. Help!

I love this rather inexpensive shotgun.But i dont like the sights or pistol grip and would want to to the capacity?So will this accept a mag extension?also is the top rail and rear sight easy offs or part of the receiver?I am old fashioned and would want a bead sight in front and if anything at all the small very low profile ghost ring.

My rifle arrived with sling attachments not properly aligned to the weapon. One is perfect, the other is crooked. Are the attachments screwed in. If so can I align them properly without damaging the weapon? Thank you.

The bolt head has a very, very, very slight wiggle. Mossberg said " there is nothing to worry about, you are good to go " The Gun loads, fires and ejects just fine. Does this make sense?
