I purchased the Remington Model 700 yesterday and I noticed after ordering that it has a Single-stage trigger and similar models have Adjustable X Mark triggers. What is the difference? Will I be able to adjust it?

Can I shoot all types of 12g shells (2 3/4"; 3"; 3 1/2") from this? Does this work well shooting slugs as well? I am interested in using it for deer, waterfowl, and upland birds. Thank you for your time!

Bought idk 10-12 guns from buds was denied out of the blue in my NICS this last time, I have not received my firearm from my FFL and and concerned in the time it will take to get this all worked out tho I’ve never even been in hand cuffs. Anyone know how many days I have to return it to buds? I’d rather have it but never really had to deal with this.

I know California limits the magazine to 10 rounds. The magazine is altered to achieve this. But what about the rifle itself? Could I put an original 20 round mag into a 10 round rifle, or do they do something to the rifle too?

Hello, I'm looking to buy a Ruger Precision rifle in either 6mm Creedmoor or 6.5 Creedmoor and have a few questions. 1. I read that 6mm barrels don't last as long. Is that true? 2. How many rounds can I expect to put through 6mm & 6.5 barrels before they need to be replaced? 3. Is 6mm Creedmoor ammo becoming more widely available and cheaper? 4. Whichever I choose, is it worth it to get the 26 inch barrel over the 24? 5. Which bipods do you recommend for either of these rifles? Thank you! Scott
