Sorry to ask again but I forgot to provide some info. James, thank you for answering my first post, greatly appreciated Sir. I did forget to mention I am not a New York City resident. I actually live in Suffolk County. From my understanding of the law, A pistol grip and collapsable stock would be ok because this shotgun is pump-action, and not semi-automatic. Could anyone shed some light on this? NY laws are strict, and I want to be sure before I make a purchase. Thanks all. item 114550
