I see there is a previously answered question about 20 and 30 rd magazines, but what about 10 round magazines? Can I assume they will work for this as well? I know they are less common, but they do apparently exist.

Gentlemen, I apologize in advance for my lack of knowledge on this matter. This is the first rifle for which I've attempted to mount a scope. The rifle appears to come with scope mount bases, but I'm confused because the manual says that it is only "drilled and tapped for standard scope bases (Weaver #46)". From what I've been able to look up on Weaver bases, the rifle looks like it already has them. In that case, I should need only the rings, correct? The scope manual says I need 1" rings.
