Could I get advice from the community on a Gun rail to mount for a new GIRSAN MC312 semi auto shotgun - the top of the shotgun does not seem to have any receivers mechanism or pre drilled holes. Are all mont rails pretty much created equal? The red dot site I ordered seems to have a clamp - most rails I see look like razorbacks...

Fredom ordnance 16inch barrel, what's the overall length of the carbine? Is the butt stock adjustable like an AR? What's better for home defense 8inch or 16inch FreedomOrdnance ? 'm asking because I can't find this carbine locally so I can get a feel for it.

HI- I bought a rock island- and those mags are huge (the 19 rounders)---does anyone know if this takes mags that fit other guns- ie saiga etc? I don't like being forced to buy manufacturer mags only---Its always advantageous- but not always possible to get guns that have mags available by several manufacturers-or used in other guns

Looking at the Emporer arms mxp12 12ga 4rd 18.5 pump versus pardus 12ga 18.5 4+1 synthetic pump. I heard the sythetic pump is lighter , doesn't need oiled? Can anyone lwith experience let me know the major differences between both that might not be explained in their descriptions?

I recently purchased a Winchester 12 ga SXP Black Shadow 4+1 3 inch from Buds. As I was going to break it in at the range this weekend I could only load two 3 inch shells into the magazine and one in the chamber. Do I need to remove the plug from the magazine's spring assembly to realize the 4 shell capacity?
