I ordered the M&P Sport II, kit came with a carrying bag. It's arrived at the FFL. The bag was damaged and I need to return it, but the gun is fine, and I'd prefer to accept the whole thing and just return the bag to Buds for replacement. What are my options?

Hello. Please explain how to set the head space on the new receiver and barrel on a CETME rifle and what is the measurement for this spacing. Also, what is the easiest way to press the two together considering I don't have a heavy duty press. I read where you make one cold and heat the other.
