Does this California compliant edition (Keltec SU16CA) have the full stock that fold under and locks out the magazine port or does it stay at full length, meaning it has no pull pin to open up the gun? In other words will I be able to fold this and place in a short storage bag or do I have to buy a full length rifle bag to store and transport?

The bolt on the gun I just purchased from y’all this week has a loose bolt right out of the box. With a chambered round and without. Also it’s missing the locking mechanism as well as the “load assist”. The scope box looked like it had been slammed on the ground. I’m not a happy camper! This is my sons Christmas gift.
