When your paying for a firearm with Layaway when does your chosen FFL dealer send there informations to buds. I'm assuming you have to fully purchase the firearm before buds will accept the FFL dealer you have chosen right? Also does buds have a database/archive of accepted FFL dealers? More specifically what is the timeframe from purchasing the gun to actually having the firearm in your selected FFL dealer?

My first question is stupid because I am 99.99% sure this shotgun is California Legal. But, the .01% of me wants to make sure before I purchase this firearm. My second question regarding this product is the layaway process. Just so everyone is a where these rifles are no longer an Acusport exclusive rifle, do to the fact Acusport is no longer in business. Also the Bergara B-17 Premier barreled action is mounted into a PDC Custom chassis. PDC Custom has been building chassis for over 18 years and is a Michigan based company.
