When your paying for a firearm with Layaway when does your chosen FFL dealer send there informations to buds. I'm assuming you have to fully purchase the firearm before buds will accept the FFL dealer you have chosen right? Also does buds have a database/archive of accepted FFL dealers? More specifically what is the timeframe from purchasing the gun to actually having the firearm in your selected FFL dealer?
