Is Remington TAC 14 legal in NJ? Saw that you previously were not shipping this gun to NJ. Saw online however that NJ State Police recently issued email to NJ FFLs stating that TAC 14 and Mossberg Shockwave are legal in NJ. Noted attorney Evan Nappen disagrees. I would like to use a suppressor so as to not disturb neighbors with the noise from my .308 gunsight scout. However, I don't want to be harassed by homeland security or ATF. Is it worth the hassle?

I'm curious why the hi cap version is $157 more than the other version? Seems like the differences listed here aren't enough to explain that big of a difference in price. I'm wondering if there are more differences than just the muzzle device and bayonet lug?

I am reposting this question, because nobody had a clue. There are now, 45 grain subsonic 22 mag ammo on the market (Winchester). This makes the 22 mag a real possibility for a 100 yard coyote gun. Max efficient barrel for a 22 mag is only 18-19 inches anyway and when scoped sight radius is meaningless. When you add a 7-8 inch suppressor the gun is now 50 inches long. Why not just n 18 inch barrel like on a 300 BLK or any other suppressed barrel? Makes no sense. Any idea why?

Is the barrel 5.56 so that I could shoot 5.56 or .223 interchangeably? I understand barrels that are .223 should not be used to fire 5.56 due to over pressure.
