I just bought several boxes and I noticed that these seem dirty/tarnished. I would expect the copper to tarnish, but Hornady claims the nickel will not tarnish. Should I be concerned? If they misfire on the range that's one thing,but I bought these for self defense. Anyone experience this?

I oredered subsonic ammo the other day and was charged on my Visa card. The next day receive a email saying they can’t ship to MA, so I assume I can cancel the order....I try by phone, no operators answer as they are busy in the store. I live chat and am told orders are not being cancelled.....how do I get a credit for something that cannot be shipped? It can’t be this hard

This is being advertised as 9mm ammo. I just purchased for a 9mm and was led to believe to not purchase based on the box photo. The UPS and also the model number still point to 9x18 makarov, which wont work in a 9mm luger.... any thoughts on this? BROWN BEAR 9MMMAK 94GR FMJ

Best way to get someone to talk to me? I literally waited for an hour to talk to someone via chat bc they aren’t taking calls. Finally get someone on chatand she ends the chat without answering a single question then it said all representatives are off line. I just want to know why my order from last week hasn’t shipped.
