i am looking at the colt le6940 ar15 carbine sa 223/556. this will be my first ar. the research ive done out on the net says you cant shoot a 556 out of a 223 chamber, so im thinking this rifle is chambered for a 556 that way it can shoot a 223, is this correct?

I brough the gun home from my FFL and when I got home later and was going through everything in the box realized there was no muzzle cap in the box. Its supposed to come with a flush muzzle cap just in case you would like to replace the compensator. Who do I reach out to have the missing piece shipped to me, Buds or S&W?
