  • Mossberg Compact Cruiser AOW is a production gun similar to the Shocker only the AOW has a pistol grip with a pistol grip forearm. What is the difference between an MCC AOW and a shotgun with a 13" bbl with pistol grip and pistol grip forearm?

  • LE there would be no difference in the physical weapon. The legality is if the firearm was initially manufactured as an AOW, as is the case of the MCC, or if a firearm starts life as something else and is converted later. Same as buying a regular AR and putting a less than 16" barrel on it or a Full Auto Sear.

  • the shockwave is legal and classified as a firearm (in part) because it has a overall length OVER 26 inches the Mossberg Compact Cruiser AOW is much shorter that 26 inches
