The image that the website uses is a stock photo and show an earlier version of the slick rail. I am trying to verify if this is the model being sold, or if it is the newer version of the slick rail found on the LM8 models?

I purchased bushmaster rifles on 11/15/2017 they had a $150 . so far getting the rebate has been impossible even after contacting the rebate folks by email. ( of course no phone number) they cant read the purchase dates I submitted a new purchase receipt from buds showing I was entitled to the rebate.a woman named Monique sent me an email saying the rebate ended in 11/18 and I purchased it on 11/22 which is the shipping date ! I still haven't got my rebates 3 rifles! no more bushmasters!

Just purchased the PCR and really like it. Replaced base pad with new rubber. Bought new VZ grip, not sure I will install until I am comfortable to carry the gun. My guestion is; after watching several reviews many people replace guide rod with SS rod and also the front site with fiber optic! Are there any PCR owners that feel these upgrades are an improvement on functionality! Thanks. Appreciate your advice!
