I have a Ruger 556 AR. I purchased this buttstock. It’s still in transit. Will I have to purchase anything else or can I just removed my current adjustable buttstock and install this one?

What is the difference between Ruger PC carbine model 19100 (buds 56184) and 19102 (buds 415003761)? One is listed as capacity 10 and the other 17. If they both come with the same mag well adaptors how are they different? Please explain why one can only hold 10 rounds and the other 17? If they both have a glock 17 mag well, and the mag holds 17 rounds, why can one only hold 10 rounds?
