Well it looks like I won't be able to buy a gun dedicated for home defense Hours at work aren't good like 8 hours a week not good so it looks like I'm stuck with my .270 pulling double duty as a hunting gun and home defense rifle any suggestions on ammo choice

Can you buy the rubber grips like the ones on the 4 " model for this gun ? Some videos show this gun coming with both the wooden and rubber grips. Guess that's not the case anymore. I checked on the RIA website and it doesn't really say ?
