I have one of these pistols and had the rear screw fall out of the sight. They say it is backordered after waiting 50 minutes on both the phone and on their chat which kept saying 5 minutes. Has anyone else had this problem with their seemingly non-existent Customer Service?

I purchased a 1911 Dan Wesson month ago with extended warranty, unfortunately after first shooting I noticed, the slide was rubbing against hammer. Buds prepared a repair order and I sent the gun to their gun-smith. After 2 weeks I called them, a kind lady asked me to call at July 31st, & promised I would get updates. Today July 31st, I called and got no information nothing, I should call at Friday AGAIN. Does anybody have recently positive experiences with Buds-gun smith & repair ? Thank you

Ordered mine from here. Had it installed by a gunsmith. Went to the range. Front sight became loose. Took it back to the gunsmith he added more loctite blue. Shot it again and it became loose. It moves left to right. Has anyone faced this problem? How do I resolve it ? PS. Gun used is Taurus P-111 G2

I plan on purchasing an HK Mark 23 but in the listing it says single action. I have looked at most other Mark 23s for sale on different sites and they are listed as DA/SA. Am I just reading it wrong or are all Mark 23s DA/SA? Or are some just single action..I have other Hks that are DA/Sa but as much as i shoot i still get confused about it.
