To whom it may concern. Hello, I am very interested in this 1911, but at this very moment i cant brake the bank. on the other hand I see you have layaway and I'm familiar on how it works. I have a savage on layaway (end of june), and noticed savage started a rebate 15 July, since I will be paying off the layaway prior to end of rebate cycle, but started the layaway prior to rebate start, would savage still honor the rebate? Would it be possible to get a receipt with my payoff date as the date of purchase after paid in full?

I like the Runnin Iron, but it doesn't come in 5.5" as a .45 Colt. Is there another one that has the low profile wider hammer, the wider trigger, and the widened sight channel? The Runnin Iron has all I want... but not the 5.5" barrel, and the ones that I have found with that length, only have two of the other desired items. Thanks!
