There is no laws that prohibit or restrict residents of city of Chicago the purchase of bolt action rifle. or handgun. or ammunition. as long as a buyer hold a valid FOID card. Why is Bud still holding that anti 2nd amendment discriminatory policy to not ship to Chicago or cook county. The firearm goes to FFL anyway. I have purchased number of guns from other dealers and no one has any issue to ship the gun to my FFL.

I have 2 woman I am thinking about really. My wife wants a revolver, 38 or something like that. So what are the best hammerless revolvers for her? The other, her friend wants something "that does not have recoil". Is there a good 9mm that has minimal recoil? I hesitate to recommend a 380 for either as they would limp wrist it for sure. In NY state I believe semi auto shotguns are restricted to a capacity of 8 rounds. This model has four individual 4 round mag tubes that are attached to eachother but need to be manually rotated after every four shots. So is it legal in NY? The KSG and DP12 are pump shotguns that exceed the 10 round NY limit for pump action shotguns by using multiple mag tubes and are widely available in NY gun shops. Shouldn't 1216 be legal too?

If a muzzleloader rifle (CVA Optima) can be shipped directly to my home address legally in my state (from what I understand) without the FFL transfer hassle, why is it asking me to choose a FFL when I try to check out? It would be nice if I could just talk to someone at Bud's directly about this but it doesn't seem like they give that option.

I have used a 12 gauge pump action (ouch) as well as a 6" S&W 686 .357 w/a .357 round (not bad). How would you rank the recoil of a mare's leg in a .44. I've seen the recoil complaints on the .44 handgun and "noncomplaints" on the .44 Henry Carbine. How's the mare's leg? Thanks!
