In Colorado it is illegal to have high capacity magazines after a date in 2013. My question is can I have a rifle shipped form Bud's without the magazine, even though it says it is shipped with the 30 round magazine? I can buy magazines within the limits of the law here.

My Target II was running 115 FMJ with no issues. I had a few light hollow points that I thought I'd try....big mistake. The gun fired one round and locked up. I was able to remove the mag but the slide is locked up about a quarter of an inch out of battery. There is a round in the chamber and I believe a double feed. I can't release the spring tension on the two piece plunger. Totally locked up....help if you can. Any ideas how to free this action? Probably off to a better gunsmith than me.

I would like to order this item. however it comes with a 15 round magazine. I live in the state of MD and we are restricted to purchasing 10 round magazines. Would it be possible to ship this item to MD without the Magazine? Or is there a 10 round magazine that I can receive with the item?

I'm curious as to what recourse I have? The item specifies that it's shipped with 6 Kicks stainless steel extended chokes (paired chokes), but my item has only 5 chokes and only 2 of the 5 are paired. I realize that I transferred my item too quickly, confirming only the satisfactory state of the long gun & not the accessories. Will Bud's work with me here?

Had a friend send me a picture from instagram with the S&W shield marked at $214.95 after the $75 rebate. That makes the actual price $289.95. This was from buds in TN and I am wondering if the buds in Lexington can/will match the actual price of $289.95 before rebate?
