The model number has a CA at the end. I think that it means California compliant. What does that actually mean in terms of this firearm? Does this mean the magazine doesn’t come out? Is there something unusual about CA?

So, this magazine is manufactured by C Products as a Duramag. This particular listing states “Aftermarket Origin” in the title and other C Products Duramag listings states “OEM Origin” in the title. I know what OEM means and the difference in OE quality with consistency and Aftermarket quality varying widely with many manufacturers competing for the right price to quality ratio. However, this C Products Duramag is made by C Products the same as the listing stating OEM Origin but, ORIGIN? Huh?

In "The Community", James is asked about the interchangeability between the 10mm to the 40S&W; I was wondering almost the exact same thing, can I, when I order the Glock G22 Gen3 CA Compliant 40 S&W Pistol, use the 10mm ammo in the same pistol? They look like the same diameter, but a little different in length. What about the just changing the magazine?
