I recently purchased an Mcarbo muzzle break for this PCC but it’s for a threaded barrel. My FFL was saying to get a “slide on” muzzle but I’m having trouble finding the right fit or compatible model. Any recommendations?

I got this, it looks nice, but how can I choose the "tiny" or "wide" rear peep site? The knob next to it seems to be to select left/right windage, yes? Should I aggressively push on the peep hole to flip it back and forth? I already pushed it rather hard but was afraid I might break it. Right now it's on "tiny" and I'd prefer the wider hole, but I don't want to break or damage it, please help.
