Hi James and welcome. Nothing, magazine capacity is the only difference. AOM140 has a 10rd magazine so it can be sold in capacity restricted States like CA. Cheers and stay safe!

Hi James, they are the same exact gun. The AOM130 comes with a 15rd magazine, and the AOM140 comes with a 10 round magazine for those who live in restricted states.
