The Cobra owners manual I downloaded says to load derringer with cartridge on top of extractor and when downloading pull extractor away from barrel to eject spent cartridges. is old west firearms big bore 380 w/3.5" barrel supposed to have ejector? Mine does not have one?

Hi Rickey and welcome. The Old West does not have the "Ejector". The only difference from the Cobra design. I still have been unable to find an Old West Big bore Owner's Manual online. Cheers and stay safe!
