  • Hi Lloyd, Bud's will ship to NC, but it must be shipped to a FFL of your choice. It cannot be sent directly to your home.

  • All firearms that Bud's ships out must go through an FFL for you to pick them up. The ATF gets a little "upset" if they don't.

  • No, absolutely not. They All would need to be shipped to your local FFL to complete transfer after filling out the 4473 background check form.
