  • Two new handguns and a little disappointed in both with the triggers; one is CZ 75 Compact and the other CZ P 10 C. Unhappy with my range accuracy with both! Reviews were all positive that I saw on these two! My question is; will triggers improve with more use. Anyone else have an insight on these CZ’s. Not ruling out it could be me!! Thanks

  • The triggers and accuracy get better with use and getting to know the gun/platform I also suggest that you try the gun from a rest and see if it still has the problems

  • Accuracy is a word that is thrown around way too often. For all intents and purposes, the guns are all more accurate than we are as the shooter. So many variables come in to play on every shot you take. I wouldnt be concerned about hitting bullseye 95% of the time, as thats what professionals/competitors/Olympians are concerned with. For the everyday shooter, how well you shoot is the most accuracy you should concern yourself with. If you can group fairly descent, you are accurate. If you have groupings that tend to sway somewhat, that's when the variables come in to play. Is Glock more accurate than Sig? Is H7K more accurate than Sig? Is M&P more accurate than a 1911? There isn't an answer, only they are all accurate, like I said, much more than we are. Give it some time with your firearms, and allow yourself to adjust to the sights, the trigger pull, and disregard the variables. There are so many, and only a few that you can control, and that takes time and practice. You'll get her dialed in, and this will all be an after thought. Good luck, and I hope you enjoy your guns

  • Hi Jerr, I have a few CZ's they do take some getting used to as the triggers curve so much. Now when I do take these ones to the range I'm more accurate from practicing with them. I wouldn't give up yet just break them in and get used to the trigger pull.

  • It has been my experience that it will take 4 to 5 hundred rounds for the trigger on these to settle in. Accuracy should start to tighten up around that range as well. I would definitely re-evaluate after around the 500 round mark.
