PSA AK's are okay, but you need to make sure you are getting the gen 2 model with the hammer-forged bolt carrier. IO is really bad, and anything made domestically by Century isn't far behind it. Lee Armory and High Standard make some decent guns, but those are Eastern European parts kits built on American receivers rather than full American production.

By far the best that I know of are the Arsenal Arms AK's. Their website is: arsenalinc.com/usa/ You would probably be looking at $1,000 (or more), per gun. I believe they are located in Nevada. Good luck.
