with the DPMS 338 fed I read somwehere that a standard 308 AR10 magazine fit the rounds and the rifle. Does the same apply to this rifle?

Hi Robert, Yes no problem between the 2. The same applies since the 3 MSR-10 are based on Savages "Short Action" .308/6.5 Creedmoor and .338

yes the standard .308 Sr10 mag fits just fine
