Can the barrel on the Taurus
Model: 1111031G212 9mm be changed to a .40 cal barrel? If so, what esle needs changed and/or vcan it be done at all?

No it cannot Roy due to slightly different barrel dimensions. The PT-111 G2 magazine well will not accept the 40Cal Taurus Magazine either or else Taurus would definitely have a conversion kit available.

I don't think that a conversion of the PT111 9mm pistol to .40 caliber is possible.
It would most certainly void the warranty, I would think. The conversion kit is called the PT140. Comes pre-assembled for your convenience, too!

Hi Roy, It could be done but it would take alot of work for a gunsmith to do.

It would be less expensive to buy a .40 cal gun Plus more fun
